Abby Richter-Shepard is a passionate and experienced fitness and running coach dedicated to helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals—whether you're starting your first running program, training for a 5K, or preparing for an ultra marathon. With over a decade of coaching experience, she holds certifications as a UESCA Ultra Running Coach and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, blending strength training, endurance training and her real-world race experience.

A former collegiate track and cross-country runner, Abby transitioned into competitive CrossFit before finding her true passion in ultra-endurance events. She has successfully completed the Leadville 100 and has tackled sprint triathlons, giving her firsthand insight into the demands of endurance sports.

She specializes in coaching athletes who balance training with the real-world demands of life—full-time jobs, families, and busy schedules—helping them maximize their potential without needing six-hour+ training days. Her strategic, personalized programming builds strength, endurance, and confidence while fitting into your lifestyle.
